Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading a newly formed Continuous Improvement Team to drive operational excellence and build a succession pipeline for the Operations & Maintenance team at Changi Airport.
The manager will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies to resolve operational bottlenecks and modernize support workflows through automation.
Candidates must recruit, onboard, and mentor a diverse team of six engineers while ensuring seamless knowledge transfer to prepare them for future leadership roles.
