  • The manager will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies to resolve operational bottlenecks and modernize support workflows through automation.
  • Candidates must recruit, onboard, and mentor a diverse team of six engineers while ensuring seamless knowledge transfer to prepare them for future leadership roles.
