Job Summary

  • The Business Analyst Lead is responsible for leading the business analysis function within the GBS Service Management, ensuring that requirements, processes, and test activities are clearly defined, traceable, and aligned with the ServiceNow platform strategy.
  • Lead the community of Business Analysts across GBS domains, define and maintain BA standards, templates, and methodologies, and mentor and coach BAs to strengthen analytical capability.
