Job Summary

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: Record and resolve Service Desk queries within SLA targets.
Will include evening and night shift as well as weekend on-call.

Key Requirements
1- 5 years of IT support experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Knowledge of PC hardware technology
Knowledge of current Windows OS applications
Knowledge and working experience of current MS Office product Suite
Must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team
