  • Current Illinois RN and APN licensure (APN)
  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (APN)
  • Masters Degree (PA)
  • Graduate of approved Physician's Assistant program (PA)
  • Certified Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Unencumbered Illinois Physician's Assistant license (PA)
  • 2 years ICU experience with cardiac surgery focus
  • BLS and ACLS certification
