Job Summary

  • The Assistant Director of Care assists the Director of Care in managing all aspects of nursing care to ensure quality resident services within legislative requirements.
  • Candidates will take the lead in coordinating best practice initiatives related to falls, wound management, and infection control while maintaining an active presence on resident units.
  • The role requires working afternoon/evening shifts and stepping in as the nursing department lead when the Director of Care is absent.
