Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Care assists the Director of Care in managing all aspects of nursing care to ensure quality resident services within legislative requirements.
Candidates will take the lead in coordinating best practice initiatives related to falls, wound management, and infection control while maintaining an active presence on resident units.
The role requires working afternoon/evening shifts and stepping in as the nursing department lead when the Director of Care is absent.

Key Requirements
Registered Nurse registered with College of Nurses of Ontario
