The Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager for its Open Banking team, focusing on Consumer Data Right (CDR) and Digital Identity. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in regulatory or compliance advisory roles, particularly in financial services, and will provide expert guidance on complex legislative matters
Job Summary
The role is critical to managing sustained customer uptake, regulatory engagement and regime expansion.
You will provide expert Line 2 advice across CDR (as Data Holder and Accredited Data Recipient); Expansion of the CDR into Non-Bank Lending; CDR ingestion use cases across CBA, Bankwest and Unloan; ACCC engagement, customer and participant enquiries and technical queries; and ConnectID and Digital ID participation.
