The successful candidate will prototype new creative approaches on camera, translate strategic direction into repeatable briefs, and coach creators to improve performance.
Candidates must possess strong instincts for matching talent to briefs while managing the entire pipeline from concept to dozens of pieces of content.

3+ years social media content creation experience
On-camera performance and UGC prototyping skills
Performance marketing data analysis capabilities
