Job Summary

  • Introduce and embed product best practices, frameworks and governance across business units, driving consistency without limiting autonomy.
  • Improve planning and prioritisation processes, ensuring roadmaps are outcome-focused and aligned to Group strategy.
  • Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.
