  • Act as a link between business/end-users and IT system development teams to identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements, and define scope and objectives.
  • Manage the execution of business demands related to IT, understanding processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring business involvement through communication, testing, and validation plans.
  • Participate in business routines to understand processes and suggest improvements for cost reduction, lead time decrease, and quality enhancement, while also creating and maintaining system and process manuals.
