Lifeguards are highly trained rescuers responsible for supervising safety in and around the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion and RPAC Recreation Natatorium.
The role requires enforcing preventative measures, recognizing emergencies, and performing required rescues and care for all patrons.
Staff have the opportunity to develop life and professional skills such as time management, responsibility, and working under pressure while overseeing activities from recreational swimming to competitive events.
