Key Requirements
3-5 years in fulfillment/warehouse/distribution operations
2+ years supervising hourly teams (25-60 associates)
Experience leading end-to-end shift operations
3+ years hands-on WMS experience
Experience owning shift-level KPIs
Proven ability to lead through frontline leaders
Comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse systems daily
Able to work on your feet for 10.5-hour shifts
Available to work Night Shift (Mon-Thurs, 7:30pm-6:00am)
