Handle corporate clients with their end to end Visa requirements: Co-ordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer.

Domestic and international Visa requests
Handle corporate clients end-to-end
MS Office applications and email management
Interface with GDS (Sabre)
Work on roster off, weekends
Nice-to-have
Corporate travel economics knowledge
Travel technology/tools knowledge
Online booking tools knowledge
Destination knowledge
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to diffuse difficult situations
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Visa Handling
Hands on knowledge of GDS system (eg: Sabre) is mandatory
Graduate Diploma / Post Graduation in travel & tourism added advantage
