Key Requirements
University degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, business administration (focus on construction) or a related field
Several years of experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in construction and facility management services (IFM/TFM)
Strong negotiation skills and experience with strategic sourcing methods
Good understanding of contract law and construction markets
Experience in project management in an international environment
Strong analytical skills and structured working style
High affinity for IT tools and digital solutions
Confident, proactive personality with strong communication skills
Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
