Key Requirements

  • University degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, business administration (focus on construction) or a related field
  • Several years of experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in construction and facility management services (IFM/TFM)
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with strategic sourcing methods
  • Good understanding of contract law and construction markets
  • Experience in project management in an international environment
  • Strong analytical skills and structured working style
  • High affinity for IT tools and digital solutions
  • Confident, proactive personality with strong communication skills
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel
