Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8-10+ years progressive supply chain experience
3-5+ years leading multi-site operations
Expertise in SIOP and demand/supply planning
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel
Experience managing outsourced logistics networks
Nice-to-have
Master's degree or MBA preferred
APICS/CPIM or CSCP certification
Experience in complex machine assembly environment
Strong change management and leadership skills
Background in global manufacturing structures
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Engineering
8-10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics
3-5+ years of experience leading teams or managing multi-site operations
