Oakglenpa is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants in a long-term care facility. Job Summary

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
  • Administer medications, transcribe physician's orders, chart nurses' notes, and complete required recordkeeping forms and accident/incident reports.
  • Participate in staff development, safety and sanitation initiatives, and equipment and supply management to ensure quality resident care.
