Job Summary

  • The Lean Manager will manage Process Improvement and Knowledge Management initiatives and manage Lean processes and resources at a regional level.
  • This position will be responsible for training company departments on Lean processes, coaching internal employees in leadership roles on Lean processes, and developing marketing messages that support a national Lean strategy.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of Lean management or consulting experience
  • 5+ years construction operations or AEC industry experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in meeting or group facilitation
  • Bachelor’s degree (Required)
  • 0-2+ years people management experience (Preferred)
  • 2+ years financial management experience (Preferred)
