Job Summary
The Lean Manager will manage Process Improvement and Knowledge Management initiatives and manage Lean processes and resources at a regional level.
This position will be responsible for training company departments on Lean processes, coaching internal employees in leadership roles on Lean processes, and developing marketing messages that support a national Lean strategy.

Base: $117,000 - $147,000; Bonus/Equity: Target bonus based on individual and company performance; Benefits: Professional Non-Union

8+ years of Lean management or consulting experience
5+ years construction operations or AEC industry experience
5+ years’ experience in meeting or group facilitation
Bachelor’s degree (Required)
0-2+ years people management experience (Preferred)
2+ years financial management experience (Preferred)
