Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Solid experience in HRIS roles
Strong knowledge of Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
Experience with HR data management and reporting
Fluent English required
Nice-to-have
Experience in chemical or industrial sector
Previous exposure to global HR transformation projects
Experience with system integrations in M&A contexts
Knowledge of automation tools or HR digital solutions
Additional languages beyond English
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or Business Administration
Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
