Base: $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Short-term cash incentives available; Benefits: Health care, retirement, up to 15 days vacation, tuition assistance

Must-have
8+ years progressive HR experience
5+ years senior HRBP role
3+ years global business unit support
Organizational design and workforce planning
Complex employee relations management
Cultural intelligence across diverse regions
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in HR or related field
SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or GPHR certification
Experience in technology or manufacturing sectors
Workday or similar enterprise HRIS proficiency
Multilingual communication skills
