Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions, maintaining resident comfort, and reporting any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role requires a Certified Nursing Assistant license and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
