Base: $96,000.00 - $132,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus and stock award program; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health and wellbeing programs
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science
3 years quality engineering experience
Proficiency in Excel, Minitab, Tableau
Lean Six Sigma methodology knowledge
Root cause analysis and 8D projects
Nice-to-have
Green Belt certification preferred
Cross-functional collaboration skills
Fast-paced environment adaptability
Coaching and performance review experience
Strategic project leadership
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or relevant qualification
At least 3 years of quality engineering experience
Professional qualifications in Quality (added advantage)
