Job Summary

  • You’ll provide proactive, best‑practice psychological and psychosocial support to Branch Managers operating in high‑risk branch environments.
  • You’ll play a critical role in protecting wellbeing, intervening early to mitigate harm, and strengthening organisational capability in psychosocial risk management.
  • This role partners closely with Branch Managers in identified high‑risk branches, working alongside Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW), CSN leaders and other key stakeholders.
