The Executive, Strategic Communications & Outreach (2-year contract) supports the planning and execution of corporate and marketing communications initiatives, contributing to content development, campaign delivery, and outreach efforts across the organisation. The role works closely with team leads and internal stakeholders to ensure communications are clear, engaging, and aligned with organisational objectives. Key Responsibilities Content Development & Execution Draft, film, edit and adapt content for internal and external communications, including emails, newsletters, website, social media, and publications Support storytelling efforts that highlight organisational programmes, impact, and thought leadership Corporate Communications Support Assist in coordinating internal communications and staff engagement initiatives Support media relations activities, including media monitoring, drafting media responses, and maintaining media lists Marketing Communications & Outreach Support marketing campaigns, fundraising publicity, and outreach initiatives Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support campaign execution Coordination & Operations Maintain content schedules, asset libraries and campaign documentation Support tracking of communications performance and preparation of basic reports Assist in project management and coordination for the organisation’s 75th anniversary initiatives, including planning timelines, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables are met Requirement Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Mass Media or related field 1–3 years of relevant experience (internship experience may be considered) Strong written and verbal communication skills Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks Familiarity with digital platforms and social media tools preferred Proficient in video editing and design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, Capcut preferred
