Key Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
Certified CHW Training Program enrollment
Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED
Completed certified CHW training program
Two (2) years experiences as a CHW
Mastered all CHW Competencies for Level I
CHW Certification from ARCHWA or another state
Mastered all CHW Competencies for Level I & II
Four (4) years experiences as a CHW
Reliable transportation, working cell phone, and internet access
Work Rights
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
