• Transform global Category strategies into a Sourcing Strategy on a regional and/or global level to deliver sustainable value and competitive differentiation for Philips.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, and contracts by setting clear targets and conducting regular business review meetings with key suppliers.
• Plan and implement supply base optimization strategies, including developing negotiation roadmaps with suppliers using advanced methodologies such as game theory and scalable e-sourcing tools.

• 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supply Chain Management
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing within logistics categories
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent
