Job Summary

  • This Graduate Assistant (GA) position supports the Office of Financial Affairs (OFA), a branch of the Associated Student Government (ASG) that awards student activity fee funding to Registered Student Organizations (RSOs).
  • Responsibilities include working collaboratively with the ASG Treasurer in supporting OFA fiscal operations; meeting with RSOs requesting more than $1,000 from OFA for pre-event planning consultations; remaining familiar with OFA Standing Rules; attending weekly OFA board meetings held Thursdays 5:00-6:30 p.m. during the Fall and Spring semester.
