The HRPP Manager will be responsible for the operational excellence and strategic growth of the human subjects research oversight framework, initially focusing on operational tasks and clearing backlogs.
As internal efficiencies improve, the role will transition to high-level supervision, staff mentorship, and developing HRPP SOPs and policies for AAHRPP accreditation readiness.

Salary

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of IRB administration experience
Expert knowledge of federal regulations
Master's degree or higher (preferred)
Certified IRB Professional (CIP) (preferred)
2+ years lead role experience (preferred)
Experience with electronic IRB systems (preferred)
