Job Summary

  • The Medical Assistant is responsible to provide assistance to medical providers at the Belknap Campus and/or Health Sciences Center (HSC) clinics.
  • This position manages patient flow; situates patients in exam rooms; takes patient vitals; assists physicians with exams; completes referrals; draws blood; gives immunizations and injections; and performs EKGs, diagnostic tests, and triage lab tests.
