Research the market to define problems and size opportunities. Review current solutions to find gaps and synergy opportunities. Interview users and turn findings into clear problem statements. Set success metrics and build dashboards to track them. Analyze performance after launch and recommend improvements. Assess change requests for impact, effort, and resource needs. Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience, including delivery in Agile environments. PMP certification preferred or demonstrated hands-on project management experience. Proven experience across both system development and application maintenance, including UAT and QA activities. Experience working with outsourced vendors, including tracking, monitoring, and managing delivery milestones and deliverables. Proficient in requirements management and documentation tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
