Job Summary

  • This high-impact leadership role reports directly to the Business Unit General Manager and is responsible for building site capability from the ground up while delivering 100% quality and 100% on-time delivery for our internal and external customers.
  • Lead the overall operational, financial, and strategic performance of the Salt Lake City site, including responsibility for profit and loss, balance sheet performance, and operational results.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field
  • 10+ years progressive leadership experience in electronics manufacturing
  • 5+ years in electronics manufacturing and 5+ years in high-reliability production
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality systems
  • Demonstrated success leading complex operations
  • Experience leading diverse teams and developing leadership capability
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah
