Job Summary

  • Our Projects and Development Services (PDS) team provides corporate and institutional clients with the management of design, construction, and relocation services to minimise risk and eliminate unnecessary cost.
  • We are seeking an experienced Building Consultant / UK educated BSc Building Surveyor / Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or similar professional to join our growing Building Consultancy Team, which sits within Project & Development Services (PDS).

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years relevant practical experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Building Surveying
  • Professional certification (MRICS, CIOB) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability across various property asset classes
  • Ability to write and present technically sound reports
  • Excellent liaison skills with professional consultants
  • Strong knowledge of building services
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
