Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
  • This position ensures that the facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner while coordinating services with other departments such as Dietary, Nursing, and Activities.
  • Candidates will be responsible for participating in government agency surveys, developing plans of correction for deficiencies, and supervising safety and fire protection programs.
