Job Summary
You will help plan, deliver, and support HCM technology solutions across APAC, partnering with People & Culture, Finance, Technology, and vendors to improve how we work at scale.
You will design and implement requirements in Workday, configuring and supporting Core HCM, Absence, Performance, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation, while applying continuous improvement to processes and service delivery.
The People Technology and Insights team is responsible for implementation, maintenance, reporting, and the management of systems and applications across People and Culture at Seek, enabling our people to work easily and effectively at scale.
