Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • 4+ years as a Scrum Master
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or PMI-ACP
  • Experience with Jira, VersionOne, Rallye, or IBM RTC
  • Experience on large, technical programs
  • TS/SCI Polygraph clearance
