Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5 years hands-on maintenance experience
  • 2 years supervisory experience in represented environment
  • Knowledge of collective bargaining agreement operations
  • Technical proficiency with HVAC, motors, pumps, and electrical systems
  • Experience with Corrigo and Maximo CMMS platforms

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Familiarity with Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS)
  • Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel and Access
  • Knowledge of Management of Change (MOC) processes

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years industrial maintenance experience
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in union environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
