Job Summary

• The Floor Manager is an integral part of our store's leadership team, contributing to the overall success of the store by ensuring exceptional customer service, coaching and developing the team, and ensuring daily business operations are expertly executed and maintained.
• Ensure all company key performance indicators are met positively, taking ownership of the production of remarkable results, focusing on team and individual objectives.
• Be responsible for supporting all operational workflows and adherence to our standard operating procedures, including but not limited to, store opening and closing, merchandise handling, sales floor management, staff management, and ensuring all business requirements are met daily.
