The Lead Program Integrator (LPI) owns end-to-end leadership of the New Product Introduction (NPI) development process, driving day-to-day execution while establishing planning rigor, governance, and controls.
This role is accountable for defining and executing product cost and quality targets that ensure delivery of the full business case, integrating engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and service.
The LPI is the integrator, decision-maker, and execution leader who turns strategy into results, ensuring products meet performance, safety, reliability, and compliance requirements.
