  • The Operations & Reporting Manager partners with the Product Owner to ensure the iEnvision Publications Management System is well specified, documented, and continuously improved, while transforming operations data into actionable insights.
  • Key responsibilities include support ticket triage, backlog and user story management, UAT planning and execution, stakeholder engagement, data quality and compliance monitoring, and process/workflow documentation.
