The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL processes, governance, and reporting, with experience in tools like Excel, Power BI, and JIRA
Job Summary
The role involves driving standardization and continuous improvement of ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Candidates will lead Run governance forums, monitor service performance through KPIs, and oversee Business Continuity planning with annual exercises.
This position requires coordinating Major Incidents and preparing operational insights for stakeholders using advanced data visualization tools.
