East Wenatchee Senior Living is seeking a full-time MDS Assistant (RN) to oversee PDPM meetings, ensure compliance with MDS assessments, and provide clinical recommendations for skilled patients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills

Job Summary

  • Provides oversight on facilities’ weekly PDPM meetings for skilled patients and tracks facility effective utilization of PDPM tools.
  • Tracks and monitors QM and QASP performance monthly and quarterly, providing data analysis and clinical recommendations for optimum outcomes.
  • Coordinates interdisciplinary participation in completing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) for each new admission and ensures accurate and timely completion of all MDS Assessments.
