Job Summary
The Transportation Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the planning, execution, scheduling, and routing of all freight shipments via land, sea, and air transportation resources.
Principal Accountabilities include managing Transportation, Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Movement Control, Arrival/Departure Airfield Control Group, Container Management, and Motor Pool Operations.
Previous work experience in an austere OCONUS environment with a multi-national workforce is required, along with the ability to pass contract medical requirements and obtain facility credentials.

Key Requirements
Minimum eight (8) years of experience in military transportation
At least two (2) years in an OCONUS/combat zone management role
Proven technical experience in military transportation automated systems
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, management, or associated discipline; or two (2) additional years of experience
