This position supports the HR operations management framework to better support the HR management of the TEDA manufacturing base, implement HR strategic projects, and support manufacturing operations.
Work as HR business partner for Tianjin TEDA operations team, support business strategy implementation and deliver HR initiatives according to annual HR priorities based on actual business needs.
