The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating policies and programs at a specific site covering employment, labor relations, wage and salary administration, training, health and safety, employee benefits, and employee services.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
3-5 years of progressive HR experience
