  • The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating policies and programs at a specific site covering employment, labor relations, wage and salary administration, training, health and safety, employee benefits, and employee services.
  • You’ll get to support various business partners by providing human resource advice, counsel, and decisions in relation to performance management, investigations, mediation, and coaching to improve the effectiveness and engagement of leaders and teams.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
