Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • SAP S/4HANA architecture and extensibility
  • Salesforce (SFDC) integration expertise
  • MES and LIMS platform oversight
  • TOGAF or Zachman EA framework experience
  • API-led and event-driven integration patterns
  • San Diego metropolitan area residency required

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in regulated Life Sciences industry
  • SAP BTP and cloud platform knowledge
  • Digital manufacturing and AI-enabled platforms
  • Strong stakeholder influence and leadership skills
  • Multi-year ERP modernization program experience

Key Requirements

  • 18+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Deep hands-on SAP S/4HANA architectural experience
  • Proven track record leading large-scale ERP transformations
