Job Summary

• The Welding Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of welding programs, procedures, and personnel qualifications in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and customer specifications.
• This role ensures the highest standards of welding quality and safety while supporting production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the facility’s welding program, including Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ), weld maps, weld stencil issuance and verification, and continuity log.

• 5 years of experience in welding operations
• 2 years in a leadership or supervisor role
• Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
• CWI certified
• ASNT SNT TC-1A NDE level II qualified
• Safety certification (OSHA)
