Job Summary

  • You will work closely with the GSK Production System (GPS) team to understand how to apply GPS and lean tools in projects.
  • Support Continuous Improvement (CI) projects through Gemba and data collection, data analysis using Excel, and developing solutions.
  • Contribute to the site’s overall continuous improvement culture by providing support to GPS Experts and assisting in the coordination and facilitation of site-wide GPS workshops.
