Job Summary
Implement, administer, and maintain the Occupational Safety and Health System of the organization, supervising the correct execution of policies, programs, and plans, and ensuring compliance with current legal regulations and corporate standards.
Update and manage IPERC matrices, supporting the evaluation and monitoring of control measures, and managing current legal regulations and applicable standards for Occupational Safety and Health.
Coordinate and execute inductions, training, and drills in OSH for collaborators and contractors, and lead and participate in the investigation of incidents and accidents, applying root cause analysis (RCA) and monitoring action plans.
