Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 6 years experience in functional or business analyst role
  • 4 years hands-on experience with Salesforce ServiceMax
  • Proven ability to write Business Requirements Documents BRDs
  • Experience leading user training and enablement programs
  • Coordination of User Acceptance Testing UAT activities

Nice-to-have

  • 10 years experience within GE or GE Vernova operations
  • Strong understanding of field service processes and SIOP
  • Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive change
  • High proficiency with MS Office suite Excel PowerPoint

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum 6 years experience in functional or business analyst role
  • Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with Salesforce ServiceMax SAT PLM
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
