Job Summary
The Pavilion at McLean Hospital is the premiere residential program in the country providing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for adults 18 and older with a wide range of complex psychiatric illnesses.
The Community Residence Counselor provides direct patient care and participates in therapeutic milieu under the direction of the Nurse Manager, Clinical Coordinator & Charge Nurse.
