The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires maintaining a calm environment while assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and observing for skin breakdown or pressure areas.
