Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards to assure the highest quality care for residents.
  • The Administrator is responsible for overseeing quality care, operational functioning, budget conformance, policy development, and staff management while fostering relationships with community and hospital leadership.
  • This position requires active involvement in compliance updates, risk management, capital improvements, and supporting clinical efforts to meet or exceed facility goals.
