Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards to assure the highest quality care for residents.
The Administrator is responsible for overseeing quality care, operational functioning, budget conformance, policy development, and staff management while fostering relationships with community and hospital leadership.
This position requires active involvement in compliance updates, risk management, capital improvements, and supporting clinical efforts to meet or exceed facility goals.
